A website redesign aimed at enhancing the eCommerce experience and introducing a Dealer Portal for managing purchases, shipping, and payments. Copperhead’s previous site was a custom-built shopping platform, so an integration was needed to sync HubSpot data with Shopify.

Design Process
A comprehensive strategy was essential for the success of this site. The entire site architecture was reimagined to leverage Shopify’s Collections and product structure, while also addressing SEO implications through an extensive URL redirect campaign. A complete user flow was mapped out, along with high-fidelity designs for the custom-developed Dealer Portal.

Final Design
The final design was a major enhancement, reflecting Copperhead AG's commitment to simplicity and efficiency. Users can now effortlessly navigate or search for products, while the newly added dealer locator ensures that farmers can easily find a nearby Copperhead AG dealer to meet their needs.

Responsive & Mobile Design
Analyzing data from the original site revealed that over 80% of users accessed it via mobile, making mobile optimization a top priority. Every aspect, from shopping to the dealer portal, was carefully designed and planned to deliver the best possible experience for mobile users.
